This page is maintained by Raw Kashmir to describe the information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it as short and honest as the parcels we send.

What we collect

Only what a parcel requires.

When you place an order, subscribe to our letter or write to us, we collect your name, address, email and, where relevant, your telephone number. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our own systems.

How we use it

To reach you, and to improve.

Fulfilment
Preparing, dispatching and confirming your parcel.
Correspondence
Replying to enquiries and, if you subscribe, our fortnightly letter.
Improvement
Anonymous analytics to understand which pages are read.
Ad measurement
When you arrive from a Google ad and place an order, Google Ads receives the ad click reference, order value and order number so we can measure and improve our ads. Not used for visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Canada.
Legal
Meeting tax, customs and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with

A small circle of partners.

We share only what is necessary with our couriers, payment processor, email provider and, for ad measurement, Google Ads (see business.safety.google/privacy). We do not sell your information. To opt out of ad measurement, clear this site's storage in your browser or write to hey@rawkashmir.com.

Your choices

You remain in charge.

You may ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hey@rawkashmir.com and we will reply within seven days.
